In Chancery. In the Matter of The Companies Act 1862 nd In the Matter of The Gellivara Company Limited. The Creditors of the above named Company are 1equired on or before the 12th day of Octobre 1867 to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts and claims to Hugh Colin Smith, William Henrich Gladstone and James Coopee, the Liquidators ofthe said Company, at the Offices of the said Comany N:o 2 Queen Street Place, Southwark Bridge ondon; and, if so required by Notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are by themselves or by their Solicitors to come in and prove tbeir said debts or claims at the Chambers of the Vice Chancellor Malins N:o 3 Stone Buildings Lincolns Inn Middlesex, at such times as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof, they will be exeluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
