N CHANCERY. — In the Matter of the Companies Act. 1862, and in the Matter of the Hudiksvall Steam Sawing mill Company (Limited). -— The Creditors of tbe above-named Company are required, on or before tbe 41öth day of August 18867, to send their names and addresses, and the partic.lars of their debtsor claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to John Charles William Ritter and Bampfield Braddick, of No. 457, Fencburch-street, in the city of London, the OMeial Liquidators of the said Company. and if sc required by notice in writing from tbe said Official Liqnldators, are by tbeir solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the chambers of the Vice-Chancellor Sir Richard Malins, No. 3, Stone-buildings, Lincolnsinn, in the county of Middlesex, at such time as shall be specified in such notice; or in default thereof they wil bs exeluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proves.
