ID CHANCERY. — In the Matter of the Companies Act. 4862, and in tbe Matter of the Hudiksvall Steam Sawing mill Company (Limited). — The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before the 45th day of August, 1867, to send their sarmes and addresses, and the partic.lars of their debts or claims, and tho names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to John Charles William Ritter and Bampfiald Braddick, of No. 157, Fencburch-street, in the city of London, tba Official Liquidators of the said Company. and if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liqui dators, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the chambers of the Vice-Chancellor Sir Richard Malins, No. 3, Stone-bnildings, Lincolnsinn, in the county of Middlesex, at such time as sball be specified in such notice; or in default thereof they wil be exeluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Friday, the 4st day of November, 1867, at 42 oclock at noon, at the said cbambers, is appointed for bearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims. Dated this Aöth day of July 4867. FREDC. ERS.
