N CHANCERY. — In the Matter of the Companies Act. 1862, and in the Matter of the Hudiksvall Steam Sawing mill Company (Limited). — The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before the 4öth day of August, 4867, to send their names and addresses, and the partic.lars of their debtsor claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to Jobn Charles William Ritter and Bampfield Braddick, of No. 157, Fenchurch-street, in the city of London tbe Official Liquidators of the said Company and if sc required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidators, are by tbeir solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the chambers of the Vico-Chancellor Sir Richard Malins, No 3. Stone-buildings, Lincolnsinn, in the county of Middlesex, at such time as shall be specified in such notice; or in default thereof they wil ba exeluded from the benefi: of any distribution made before such debts are proves.
