Skulle n5gon bland Förmyndarekamrarnes handlingar uti Tolland, eller i Guiana, Vemerary, Esseqaibo, Berbice, surinam, Aresterdam, Paramaribo, Stabrock. George, eller unnorstädes, samt i Sjömannasä:lskapers handlingar, Stockolm, Götbeborg, Gefle, m. m., der sådane existerade från 1690 till 1726 eller sednare, kunna igenfinna denna mans namn, när han utreste, hvar han dog, hvarest hans efteremnade förmögenhet nu finnes att lyfta, samt deröfver nsänder fol:ständigt authoriserade intyg; och såvida arfvingarne blifva tilldömda ofvannämnde förmögenhet, så utlofvas deraf 100,000 Rdr Svenskt Banko-sedlar, i den mån och på det sätt arfvet jiaflyter, eller ock i proportion eftersom deraf finnes nu att få eller iyfta, till den eiler lem, som först inko med nämnde uppysning. Den som person!igett kände denne Jonas Lambert, Wennrean eller hvad ban kallat sig sedan han blef Kapar-kapten i Holländsk tjenst. samt sedermera den störste Plantageägare i Gniana, var Grill den äldre, då Chef för Handeisbuset Gril! et Fiis i Amsterdam, hvaröfver bref finnes i insändarens förvar, däteradt Amsterdam den 28 Januar 1775. Utom denna upplysning har man äfven anledning att fö!jande stora och aktade handelshus i Holland och Guiana: haft handeisförbindelser med den cmnämnde stora Piantageägaren cech hans efterträdare uti förvaltningen, nemligen : Hogguer et C:is, Hope et C:ie, Th. et Ad. Hvarfsre man äfven öjmjukeligen får anhålla hos dessa nu lefvande personer eller deras efterkommande, att de godhetsfullt täcktes gå tillhanda med förutnämnde upplysningar, e!ler också andra, som röra denna arfsangelägenbet, och som kunde gifva anledning till det stora arfvets upptäckande, och hvilka nu dersf äro innebafvare. Farse tells that one named Jobn Berntzon Lambert, bora in the town of Umeå in Westerbotten, departed from Sweden to Holiand and died tbere about the Year 1726, in the town of Amsterdam, and left after him a considerable fortune, of some Millions of Sterling. After his arrival into Holland, where he became a Privateer, he may have changed his name, as is thought, into John Lambert, John Berntson Lambert, John Wensman Lambert, or something other after his parents or relatiens. If any one among the Acts or documents of the Guardianehambers in Holland; — or at Gnuiane, Demerary, Essequibo, Berbice, Surinam, Amsterdam, Paramaribo, Stabrock, George, or elsewhere, as also in the Acts of the SeamenCompanies, where such existed from the years 4690 ta 4726, or later, should happen to find tbe name of this Man, the time when he parted, where be died, where his property at present is to be found and to !evy, and about these things sends exact!y authorized testimdnials; and in case that the Inberitors ba adjudged the above-mentioned property; the Sum of 490,000 Rixdollars Swed. Bank wil bea aliotted, — as soon as tbe property is going in, or also in proportion as there of is now to be had or gained — unto Him or Tbem ihbat first send the requested revelations. The man who was personally acquainted with this John Lambert, Wenanman, or what his name bad been changed to after employed as Privateer in the Holiand service, and j afterwards one of the greatest owners of Plantations at Guiane, was Gri!l the father, Chief to the House of Commerce Gril! et Fils at Amsterdam. in witness where of Jetters are at present in the possession of the writer of this, dated Amsterdam the 28 of January 1775.
