. Herbarium for sale. A valuable collection of herbs is offered for sale, being the result of the lubours of Rutström, MEDICI NÅL-BATH, Stenhammar , Doctor Prof. in botanicks, and Ol Carling, Prof. Member of the Royal Rural Academy at Stockholm. Be. sides the Swedish plants the collection of which is nearly comptiete, there are umong those collected by Rutström, many valyable species received from the learned Mr Vahl, editor of Flora Dunica, and collected by himself, during his travels trough Finland, Germany and Holland. There are also some species, upon which Linnes own handwri ting still remains. It consists further of a precious series of herbs from East-India and Africa, collected bry Thunberg, Sparrman, Solander etc.; from West-I ndia, by Buphrasen, Osbeck, Ol. Swartz etc.; from Westphalia by Schlechtendal; from NewZeeland, by Lindberg; from Swizerland, by Schleicher; from Germany in general, by Link and Beichenbach; from America, by Torrez; from the Levant, by Berggren and Hedenborg; from LIusswa, br Hedenborg and Heinmana. Linne, IWildenow and Sprengel are generally followed as to the arrangement, though there is a part as ret not arranged. The hwole :s in good condition, and the plants can easily be taken out for examination, and replaced. — This
